At MedicalOne, we provide exceptional quality care to our clients suffering from serious illnesses in their terminal stage. These illnesses include:

Levels of Services Provided

Routine RN Visits and 24-Hour RN On-Call

Our RN case manager coordinates care by making routine home visits and providing families with apt support and instructions needed to properly care for their ailing loved one.

Our 24/7 on-call service gives families peace of mind knowing that we are only a phone call away when they need help caring for their seriously ill/terminally ill loved one.

Physicians and Other Prescriber
Our doctors will work proactively with our client’s personal doctors to ensure that our clients receive adequate pain control and medications whenever necessary. This can also help our care team render the right levels of care as all the care needs and medical history of the patient with be discussed by their personal doctors with ours.
Certified Home Health Aide
Our certified home health aides are trained and skilled to provide direct, loving, comforting care and medical attention to our clients. They work under the supervision of our registered nurses whom our HHAs need to actively work within monitoring the health status of the client and tracking medical changes.
Medication and Medical Equipment
At MedicalOne, we provide basic medical equipment, supplies, and medications necessary for continuous quality care for our hospice clients. Rest assured that all our equipment and drugs are durable, of high-quality, and affordable.
Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Social Worker

Our licensed social workers are available to provide counseling and support to assist with advance care planning and connect families with community resources.

We have licensed therapists who help clients utilize their abilities to the full extent possible. They will enable the clients to feel as independent as possible until the final stages of life.

Bereavement and Spiritual Support

Bereavement/grief counseling is offered by our licensed counselor to anyone in the community that requests it.

Our chaplains are available to provide spiritual support and counseling to families during their time of need.

Round-the-Clock Companionship
Our round-the-clock companionship is offered to hospice clients that live alone and to families that need someone to stay with their loved one that is diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Palliative Care
Our palliative care is provided by a specially-trained team of doctors, nurses, and other specialists who work together with the patient’s other doctors to provide an extra layer of support. It is appropriate at any age and at any stage in a serious illness. It can be provided along with curative treatment.
Volunteers
Our hospice volunteers sit and visit with patients and provide companionship and support. They may read to our hospice clients, assist with letter writing, or perform other tasks to support our clients and their families.
